Very Disappointed – Misleading Listing and Poor Experience - Bait and Switch I booked this place after seeing the photos, checking the facilities listed on Booking.com, and reading several positive reviews. Unfortunately, the actual experience was extremely disappointing and felt downright deceptive. When we arrived, the owner met us at the listed location and casually informed us that the property was his house. He then took us to a completely different building. What we were given was a cramped 1BHK with three beds shoved into three adjoining rooms (living, dining, and bedroom), all sharing a single bathroom/toilet. None of the promised facilities were available — no washing machine, no TV, no stove, microwave, water filter, or even basic utensils in the kitchen. The kitchen was completely empty. The house hadn’t been properly cleaned and was full of other people’s things, including used soaps in the bathroom. To top it off, there were no towels provided. There was also no Wi-Fi. I mentioned I needed internet access for work. After raising the issue, the owner gave us the neighbor’s Wi-Fi password, and we had to sit in one corner of a room — the one closest to their house — just to get a faint signal. This was extremely inconvenient and unprofessional. On top of everything, the exhausts in the bathroom and kitchen were left uncovered, leading to a constant mosquito problem. Despite this, the host didn’t even provide basic mosquito repellents or coils, which made our stay even more uncomfortable, especially for my elderly parents (60+), who were traveling with me. We couldn't even make tea as there wasn’t even a kettle available. This felt like a clear case of bait-and-switch — the listing showed one thing, but what we received was completely different and far inferior. This kind of false advertising is unacceptable. If you cannot provide the facilities you advertise, you should not be accepting bookings or charging full price. I would strongly urge others to avoid this property, and I hope Booking.com takes appropriate action to prevent such fraudulent listings.

Warning: Beware of this scam. The owner initially promised the flat at a reasonable price but later charged us double. This behavior is very disrespectful, as the owner does not keep his word. He did not consider our situation and made us vacate the place at midnight.

We had very good experience, location is very good, quiet at night, everything you need close by including nice park where to exercise and play. Very pleasant service from host, always available Flat was very clean, washing machine was very useful. And we will definitely come again
