This property cannot be trusted if you are looking for an assured reservation. In my case, I had reserved this property two days in advance through Booking.com with a confirmed availability. Just befor half an hour I was reaching location, got a call from their operations manager saying the apartment is not available as it is under maintenance. When I requested for an alternate arrangement they rudely refused.
