Property is located near from railway station, they provide pickup service, food service and cab service for travelling. In short they provide all the services which are desired for tourists. Food is best, aswell as rooms make you feel that you are in your home. They stand beside you in any situation. As my key was left at other bag and i was in a hurry, and they helped me to break the door lock and they did not charged for even a lock prize. Nature of owner is too good. I suggest if you are new to ujjain city, then just don't hasitate, just book the room and call them. Then all the problems related to food and travelling and stay will get solved in minutes.

Let’s start with the location — this place is so off the grid, you’d think it was hiding from civilization. From the station, you won’t find a regular auto. You’ll need to specifically hire a special ride, and yes, they’ll gladly charge you ₹100 or more for the pain of getting there. For a tourist, the location is just a logistical nightmare. Now the rooms — calling them below average would be a compliment. Bedsheets looked reused, pillows smelled damp and stale, and the entire room had this persistent, suffocating odor that screamed neglect. Clearly, basic hygiene is not on their priority list. I expected the staff to make up for the poor conditions — but surprise, they made it worse. Uninterested, passive, and borderline greedy, they seem to care more about sneaky extra charges than about guest experience. Raise a concern? Prepare for blank stares and cold shoulders — like you’re just one more number on their list. Even drinking water is a struggle — no RO, no bottled water, just plain tap water passed off as acceptable. For a place that claims to offer “hospitality,” this was a basic failure. And let’s not even get started on the heavily edited and misleading online photos. The reality is far from the carefully staged pictures you see online. Bottom line: If you’re expecting a peaceful, hygienic, or even decently managed stay — look elsewhere. This place is a harsh reminder that not everything on the internet should be trusted.

Yeh jaghe , aapko apne ghar jaise feel deghaa. Aur, host family , bahut friendly hein. They provide food in the house itself , if you want. Overall, I recommend it strongly to anyone looking for a stay in ujjain.
