Very nice room and very humble owner. They also guide and help to visit imp places with visiting time. We had a bad experience finding good food in Ujjain. We tried the food provider by owners side it was better than other restaurants.

Outstanding host vishal and very helpful for everything. He helped us for print out at midnight and all useful information. Rooms and washroom are clean and have geyser for hot water. Parking is available in front of house and safe.

Really really worth the money. Good environment. Fair parking space. Friendly and frank people. Good food and breakfast. Excellent rooms. Family friendly surrounding. Safe for solo travellers also. Fair amenities. Much more than expectations. Worth calling it home stay. Overall fully recommended 👍👍
