I have lived at the homestay for an extensive period and can guarantee that it is one of the cleanest homestays in Bhopal. Located in a prime location of the city, it has good sized rooms, a large kitchen on every floor and all the amenities right from wifi to washing machine. The pricing of the rooms is also affordable for all the amenities bring provided. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a stay option in Bhopal.

We stayed at Aashiyana homestay and booked for 2 days in the beginning but after seeing the cleanliness, comfort and service of the place ..we extended our stay for 6 days. It's a very well maintained property in a quite and safe neighborhood . Staff behaviour is also nice.Two minutes walk away from the nearby market. There is also a common kitchen for guests. And on top of all is the kind owner. He did let us stay few hours more beyond the check out time without any extra charges as our train timing was late afternoon. Overall a great experience.🙂

On my 5 day's tour at Bhopal Location, Had an amazing stay at this hotel! The service was top-notch, and the staff went above and beyond to make our experience memorable. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The hotel's amenities were fantastic, and the location was convenient. Best part distance from Railway station only 2 km, Overall, a perfect blend of comfort and hospitality. Highly recommend...

Very neat clean comfortable stay. Have a fully equipped kitchen and washing machine, cloth drying area.Felt like home with well ventilated rooms .I loved the paintings on walls and room too. Beyond expectations at this price Location is good too.Staff is way too much cooperative.Affiliated with mp state tourism.

I stayed at Aashiyana Home Stay(Madhya Pradesh tourism affiliated) with my family and had a wonderful experience. The room was very clean and comfortable, and the fragrance was amazing. The owner, Mr. Sunil Chourasia, was very friendly and welcoming. He made sure that we had everything we needed and that we were comfortable throughout our stay. I would highly recommend Aashiyana Home Stay to anyone looking for a great place to stay in Bhopal. It is the best home stay/hotel in the area, and it is conveniently located just 1.5km from the railway station. Pros: Very clean and comfortable rooms Amazing fragrance Friendly and welcoming owner Convenient location Cons: None that I can think of! Overall, I had a fantastic stay at Aashiyana Home Stay and would highly recommend it to others

I stayed there for 1 month. Very spacious, clean, new construction with all facilities. Care taker is really good. U don't need to carry any stuff with you as it's available there. I m happy to have great experience at aashiyana home stay

This is a perfect hotel for a family stay in Arera colony area. The staff is very reponsive and supportive. They have nice clean rooms with amenities like common kitchen, which is hard to find in this price range. Thank you 'Aashiyana' for giving a plesant stay.
