I will give you zero instead of one. The service and the room are very bad and the lady (who is in charge - Kutti) is the worst and tries to loot the money. She is very irritating and makes our vibe worse. She is acting like an owner and creating our rules that make no sense. Better to book a good room and have some fun!! Below are cons: - 1. They are not providing drinking water asking us drink it from sink 2. They told us they will provide the lower room and allocated the above one ( not giving extra bedsheets and pillows). 3. They told 500 for camp fire and when we said to proceed then the price went to 750 without no time.

The rooms were average but was of great value. The thing that I have a problem with is the owner of the place, when we had booked the place we were told that the entire villa was going to be ours but when we arrived there were other people upstairs and we only had the downstairs to ourselves. We called the owner and his justification was that the upper floor itself is a villa and the lower floor is the another one. We had no choice but to use the downstairs rooms as we had travelled from far

This was the worst trip experience in my life. Never opt for this farm house, you can get much much better place to stay than this. The view was good, but there's nothing else here. DO NOT TRUST THE PHOTOS. The owner has put up photos of the places nearby which isn't owned by him. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER.

Rooms are awesome and Hotel Manager Paul is kind person..but the supervisor a lady is an angry bird always shouting. Kind attention Mr.Paul please advise to your staff way of she speaking is worst.. ask her to learn some kindness

A good place to live in marayur with affordable rate. A double storied house with sugar cane farm near by...... Had a very good experience staying there with my family enjoying the Christmas 2019. I had booked both floor and felt very convenient to stay. Climate was not so cold.... But was a different experience staying there. The house gives a super view of mountain and fog from the terrace........ The one and only negative point I would like to share is its very much far away from Munnar town....... When we think the other side it's good tool because we can have a peaceful stay avoiding the rush of the town...... There are a lots of small scale industries which makes perfect jaggery....... And kanthalloor is a nearby place (12-15Kms) where we can visit fruit farms during seasons. On the way to kanthalloor there is a place where we can see muniyaras. Totally I am very much satisfied with the place...... My family members took are satisfied.....

The entire top floor is 2 segments. We were told it would be just us, but they had another party in the adjacent rooms. Not private. There are lots of insects inside the house,spiders and bugs, possibly due to ventilation not being filtered. The location is not isolated.one side faces an open sugarcane farm but There are neighbors very close by the other sides. That apart, room was okay. Extra bed and blankets were provided on request.

1. This is not a farm house,.it's more of a homestay.. 2. The details given by the owner Mr Paul is misleading regarding 2 things. a) It is not an isolated cottage, it is surrounded by many immediate neighbours hence if u seek some peaceful stay..not recommended. b) this place accommodates 3 groups at a time,..hence you won't be alone for your peacefull stay. 3. Cleanliness- not satisfactory. 4. My experience - I had to find a stay at Marayoor town at 0830 evening after seeing the what was offered abandoning my security deposit.
