It has been a place of visit to watch the sea and tides from a little uphill and has stayed always cherished. Now there is a big vessel in the shore 😉 about to be converted to a restaurant as the gossip goes.. can't wait to see

Rooms are good but in all rooms and hall full of bad smell🤮. for extra time like 2-3hr they charge so much cost. Don’t book this hotel for stay. It’s too far from the city. There are no good beach near this hotel 👎👎👎👎👎 my recommendation for this hotel:NO👎

The location was superb, very near beach. The availability of kitchen and drawing hall are plus factors. But there's absolutely no maintenance of the property, furniture, furnishings and fittings. No mirror was there in many rooms, not even in bathroom. The cupboards were dirty and no hangers. Many lights were not working and the TVs were absolutely useless, with no battery in the remotes and no subscription to any cable tv or satelite service. Only saving grace was the smart tv in the hall with which we could access YouTube. Bathrooms were clean but all the toilet seats were broken and no handles or bars to hang clothes. The worst thing was many bathrooms didn't have proper latches / locks. Another irritant was cockroaches in the kitchen and bathroom. Even though there was a caretaker and supervisor, most of the time they didn't respond to our calls and not available in their room on ground floor. Even though the owner came a few times to the building, as I understood from the caretaker, he never cared to visit the first floor where we were staying to know our grievances or feedback.

Had a good stay here. House is spacious with a big living room, three bed rooms rooms and well equipped kitchen. Any help/issues were addressed immediately by the room keeper. Landlord is supportive and even helped us with cab arrangements for local sightseeing at Vishakhapattanam. Overall had a peaceful stay there.
