Sainivas Homestay

Excellent home with great interiors, home cooked breakfast is awesome. Caretaker Ankaiah is so sweet. Me and my family along with 11 months old baby enjoyed the stay. Only thing which forced me to reduce the rating to four star is - random stranger visits during our stay. I do understand they are visiting just to see the home for renting out in future. But atleast to me, it should not be the case when an existing customer stays. Imagine two of the tween girls staying in home and three groups of strangers visited every room including bedrooms. Horrible it is!

Though the location was 4km away from railway station but it seemed quite far away. Restaurants were not close to homestay. Rooms were clean. 2 rooms ac were not working otherwise it was good. The balcony and the view from terrace was also good.

Our family of 5 adults and 2 children had a very memorable stay of 5 days at Sainivas. The bungalow is artistically crafted and has all amenities for a comfortable, clean and enjoyable stay. The place is located centrally. The breakfast provided by the hosts is healthy and delicious. All good restaurants deliver yummy food there. The hosts - Mrs. and Mr. Chandrasekar are very helpful and congenial. The house-help too are available for assistance whenever needed. Just to add - our stay at Sainivas counts as one of our best home-stays ever across the country!

It is really amazing place. Good for 10-12 people. Service is really good. Ms. Rani and caretaker was really kind and cooperative. We really enjoyed our stay. Everything is very neat and clean there as well as they provide breakfast which was really tasty and free of cost. Thanks for such a wonderful service.

We are a group of 6 family members travelled to Tirupati. It's a wonderful home stay. They following all the covid rules and rooms are really sanitised.Location is serene and surrounded with great hills, you can hear voice of birds chirping. The host is really friendly and warm welcomed with good gesture. You feel like you are in real home. The host treated us really well. The property is occupied with good interiors and maintained very great and neat. I love the interior it's really awesome. I recommend to friends and family.

We were 4 couples. Stayed there for a night Pros: 1. Good Ambience 2. Good Service (Caretaker Ankaiyya was very helpful) 3. Check-in & Check-out was very smooth 4. Breakfast was very good and tasty and freshly prepared 5. Ample parking space available outside the house/villa 6. Swiggy / Zomato delivery is available with good options Cons: 1. AC not effective in two rooms 2. Liquid handwash should have been provided in bathrooms 3. Bathroom door lock was damaged in the 2nd floor room 4. A couple of fans would have been very helpful as it gets very hot during summers while sitting in hall. 5. The water cooler in the hall was not effective even after putting water in it Overall: A good place to stay if you are looking to stay for a short duration. RECOMMENDED !

Amazing home stay in reasonable price. Those who are going to tirupati this is the best choice to stay with your family. 1hr away from padmavathy temple and kalahasthi. Also 1.2hrs to Tirumala devasthanam. Anyway such an amazing home stay. Owner and also the care taker is soo humble.

A beautiful & well crafted home. The accommodation is a villa type duplex home at 1st floor. Owner stays at g.flr and takes care of all our needs. The place is extraordinary and especially suitable for big families. 2 AC bedrooms with attached toilet, hall, dining and kitchen in lower floor and 1 AC bedroom & hall in upper floor. Open terrace overlooks Tirumala hills. No restaurants or shops nearby. However home made complimentary breakfast is also provided by owner. Plus tea and coffee. This is slightly away from bustand/Railway stn but doesn't really matter for people coming with their vehicles. Mr. Chandrasekhar sir and his wife were very humble and maintained a very neat & clean property. Stayed for a day with 9 people. Every member of our family enjoyed the stay. Actually time wasn't sufficient to enjoy more. For sure, this home stay will be my choice for my family visits hereafter. Thank you Chandrasekhar Garu.
