This place is about 1.5 kms from the main highway and the Google location is correct. However, it gives close proximity to Alamelmangapuram. The rooms were good and well maintained. The apartment was compact having a hall with comfortable sofa, 2 air conditioned rooms, a small kitchen and dining area. Maybe, can add a fridge for storage of items like milk and a stove / induction stove for any light cooking. They have car parking but if you are a novice, you'll find it difficult to park. however, there is space just opposite in the open to park 2 cars. Provides value for money.

We went with family for balaji darshan, Nice home stay, affordable price. Good location with parking space. Good staffs and friendly service. We missed our ear pods, properly kept and delivered to us without any issues, thanks to Mr. Pradeep.

Loved my stay here. Its an apartment concept with 2 bedroom, dining table, a living room with tv. Equipped with aircond and geyser in each room. Felt like staying in a house after days of travelling which eased off our tiredness. Location wise, to me its easy accessible as ola, rapido is working there. Nearby provisional stores, restaurants, pharmacy. Everything is available at nearby vicinity. Special thanks to pradeep ( the caretaker), who was readily available to help us out. Overall good homestay.

We stayed here for 2 days with family, rooms are well maintained and staff is very friendly and staff pradeep is helpful and helped to book travel for sight seeing in tirupathi at reasonable price. If you are visiting with your family most suggestable place for stay within 3 kms from busstand. And for food room service is available.

Recently stayed at this place with family, Iam not satisfied with the stay because there are lot of cockroaches and mosquitoes, and no proper ventilation with no fresh air...And bathrooms are too small with no ventilations...I don't have idea about other flats but whichever we stayed that was not good.. Mainly no proper ventilations bcz of that the place is so much suffocating...It's better to maintain it with good pest control system...

Pros: Spacious 2 BHK. The pricing is moderately priced. Check-in and check-out processes were smooth and hassle-free. Cons: There is no WIFI and TV is not working either. The location is 2 kilometers away from restaurants and tiffin centers. The apartment is accessible via a narrow service road, and the area is not pedestrian-friendly at night. Hot water is not available directly from the tap, but a wired water heater is provided. No refrigerator is provided. The provided blankets, bed sheets, and towels have an unpleasant odor. After my stay, I felt that the property was overrated based on its Google and MakeMyTrip reviews, among others.

Overall experience is good. Pros: 1. Clean ambiance: You will enjoy clean area surrounding. 2. Lift facility: Though it has manual lift, it was working fast and fine. 3. Clean rooms: They have maintained clean room and toilets. 4. Price: At a good low price they are offering 2BHK flat with 2 A/Cs. 5. Kitchen: They provide one prestige induction, one electric kettle, plates and few utensils for small cooking activities. Also provide sugar, tea powder and ginger. Cons: 1. Hot water: they have a solar hot water facility 24.7 based on the weather. Each flat has two bathrooms. Unfortunately, hot water was not coming in one bathroom. However, I could use hot water in another bathroom. 2. Parking : While I visited, there was a floor work going on at the front side, hence could not use the ground floor parking area. However, they have good parking area at ground floor. 3. Path to Apartment: You need to go through a very small road to reach this apartment for approx 150mtrs.
