One of the best choice I did during the trip , Aditya homesray is just 8 mins from the railway station and bus stop . It has pretty good amount of restaurants and diners near by . Coming to the room . It feels like you are at home . Humble and comfortable , absolutely clean . You get a kitchen (utensils , induction stove , water filter , handwash soap , sink etc ) . 2 Rooms( bed and a/c with full length mirrors and storage cabinets ) 2 bathrooms ( clean with 24/7 hot water ) . You still get extra beds , big living hall and a dining table . It's safe with watchman and the owner is absolutely friendly and considerate . I would definitely suggest it to my friends and family and would come back here everything we come to Tirupathi . Definitely worth the money.

I stayed here for quite a few days for my close one's marriage, at the start was bit nervous to stay alone as it's not any kind hotel or something but after one and two days I got habituated for the comfort and safety provided from the property lord.. and the facilities has to be mentioned specially.. you will get induction stove and RO purifier and fridge in such a reasonable prices.. thank you..

Don’t pay Advance | Don’t go with the ratings they are fake Recently we had very bad experience with this homestay. Homestay is so much far from all places and no transportation facility. We booked by seeing in online and made advance payment owner will ask 90% as advance please don’t fall for it , Despite of booking in online we reached location early morning owner behaviour is too rude as we had conversation with him regarding postponing the plans he was fine but when we visited place he is telling whatever amount we paid for advance is not considered now we have to pay complete amount again. Owner is very unprofessional person

Recently, I had a terrible experience with Aditya Stay. Despite booking in advance and paying the required amount, they did not provide the accommodation as promised and made us wait for over two hours. Eventually, they shifted us to a different place as a temporary arrangement. Later in the evening, they called to say the original room was now available. Additionally, the owner was extremely rude and behaved inappropriately with customers. I strongly recommend anyone considering booking here to look for other alternatives and avoid this place. ---Reply to owner comments--- Knowing that the review might be denied on the grounds that we were informed about the check-in times, I had saved the original message I received before booking the accommodation, which clearly mentioned the possibility of early check-in. This highlights the kind of people we are dealing with. Such unprofessional and irresponsible behavior is completely unacceptable in the hospitality industry. I strongly urge future customers to exercise caution before booking accommodation at this place. Moreover whatever he is claiming is false, and if necessary, I am prepared to share additional reviews along with supporting evidence.

It was nice to stay and 6 to 8 people can accommodate. Its a 2 bhk at affordable rate. Service also very good.
