Amazing apartment with all the luxuries.. our kids enjoyed the building.. very friendly staff, Shravan the manager assisted with food and all the necessary documents needed and made sure we had a smooth travel and accommodated with a car and looked after us very well. recently stayed at Balaji Home Stays during my Tirumala trip, and I must say it was an excellent experience. The apartment was very spacious nd maintained. Everything was very clean, which made the stay feel very comfortable and homely. The staff was e polite and helpful, always ensuring we had everything we needed. Their warm hospitality added to the overall experience, making it feel like staying at home away from home. The location is great near all restaurants in Tirupathi and close to temples as well. The staff especially the Sravan Kumar at the reception is extremely helpful and pleasure to interact with. Any requests we made regarding ordering coffee or water etc was worked on immediately. AC,geyser,fridge etc were working fine. One note for travellers is that is a bit no frills I.e. basic necessities are provided but you might consider ordering or bring your own toiletries etc. but I think that’s standard for this area. Overall a good stay!

The rooms are exceptionally spacious and spotlessly clean. Sravan Kumar, the manager, was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to assist us throughout our stay. Highly recommend this place to everyone!

Good service apartment stay in calm and peaceful location. Service Apartment staff is really good and Manager Sravan Kumar really does a good job in customer service and satisfaction.
