Super Hotel O Karakambadi Road Near Leela Mahal Circle

Worst Service, the receptionist and service member doesn't know English, Tamil or Telugu. He don't understand anything of our requirements. They doesn't even ready to change the Wet Floor Mate, few days drinking water also not available.

Horrible experience with OYO ......We reached the location shared by OYO at 10pm on 9th July 2022 and is at outscuts of town. The location is completely wrong and The hotel people haven't received my call. We called oyo customer care ...they asked us to contact them again and even they can't reach them. This was continued till 12mid night along with family. Finally OYO advised to book another room and we did it. When we called the hotel people they said they can't give the room for the price we booked the AC rooms. They. Demanded almost double the price. Finally we found the first hotel with help of other app and local people...Surprisingly the hotel people said we don't have rooms and we are not part of Oyo since the Oyo is not paying money and huge amounts are due from them. So wantedly the hotel people gave a wrong location . Oyo charged me for two rooms minimum amount and they haven't repayed.I heard the same complaint from different people from the hotel on the same day. OYO - Horrible experience with your app and rooms. Finally you looted money from me with lot of harrasment.

The worst place not clean at all and not upto any standards if there was a zero rating I would have definitely given that. They do not clean any rooms at all ever. I don’t not write reviews but my experience was so bad I had to this time.

Worst service. Unable to locate even after roaming for 1 hour. When I called the reception there is no response from them. Un necessarily I paid the money online. I got frustrated with their behaviour and booked another hotel

Booked a room for my dad, the place isn't properly mentioned on maps. Don't book it. Unnecessary effort to roam around. Just book something that is on road side or atleast has proper directions.
