The hospitality of the staff deserves special appreciation. They treat guests with such warmth and respect, always ready to assist with a smile. Their attention to detail in maintaining the property is commendable — everything is clean, well-arranged, and thoughtfully designed. The hotel rooms are spacious, comfortable, and well-maintained, giving us a restful stay. We especially loved the charm of the vintage kitchen and the cozy vibe of the Bean House seating area — perfect for relaxing with friends or enjoying a quiet coffee. The buffet is another highlight, with three well-organized sections offering a variety of delicious options to satisfy different tastes.

Rooms need more windows. Service is a bit late. The restaurant offers decent food which tastes pretty decent and ambience is good (mostly aligning towards homely). Overall decent. Keep up the good work!

This has been one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. Right from check-in, the staff displayed a shockingly indifferent and arrogant attitude, behaving as if they were doing us a favor by simply responding to basic requests. Hospitality was completely absent. The restaurant was a disaster — disorganized, and painfully slow. Food was either undercooked, or bland beyond words. When we raised concerns, the staff didn’t just ignore us — they were outright dismissive and borderline rude. Room service was we no better. Cleanliness and basic amenities were clearly not a priority. This property may look good in photos, but don’t be fooled — what you get is poor management, untrained staff, and an utter lack of accountability. There are far better places where your money and time will actually be respected. We (govt. organisation) have been a regular customer, we would not be recommending this hotel to our staff in future.

Staying in Capital hotel has given me an immense pleasure and it was nicely being maintained and very hygienic as well. With regard to food, very delicious and tasty with both Veg and Non-vegetarian and feeling like homemade and Paradise. I appreciate Mr Narasimha Prasad effort in making our stay & our conference and hospitality very successful.

Worst Experience I came for dinner along with my kids @ 9.30pm now Im writing this review almost 11.20 I have ordered Tomato soup kabab and a normal Sp Biryani. Staff approach is v disappointed. In past 1 and half hours I waited for simple food No one assist moreover after 1 hr coming back saying No biryani is available I came along either kids. Worst experience I have ever experienced.

A special appreciation to the Manager, Mr. Prasad, who was easily approachable, highly supportive, and a quick problem solver. His clear communication and commitment to guest satisfaction reflect the strong values of the hotel. He made sure our events were conducted seamlessly without any issues.
